The WPPL headphones can be paired with most Bluetooth devices using 5.3 or later, including phones, computers, tablets and watches.

How do I remove all devices my WPPL headphones are connected to?

You can change the devices your WPPL headset is paired with by resetting the headset and then pairing the new devices. To reset the headset:

1. Start with the WPPL headset turned off.

2. Press and hold the + button for 10 seconds.

After resetting, the headset will erase all previously connected devices. The headset needs to be re-paired with your devices via pairing mode.

How do I pair the WPPL headphones with multiple devices?

The WPPL headphones can be connected to two devices at the same time. However, only one device can receive audio at a time. The smart technology switches between the two devices.

To pair two devices using multipoint pairing:

  1. Start with the WPPL headphones turned off.
  2. Turn on the headset by pressing and holding the volume button (+) for 3 seconds. The headset will turn on and you will see the message "power on, pairing".
  3. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device (1) and select "WPPL". You will get a "connected" message.
  4. Turn off Bluetooth on device (1).
  5. Perform steps 1 to 3 again with device (2).
  6. Connect both devices to the WPPL headphones.

Can I make calls with the WPPL headset?

Yes, you can make calls with the WPPL headset. It has a dual noise-canceling microphone, so you can make calls and be heard clearly.

How do I ensure that incoming calls come through the WPPL headset?

For iPhone devices:

  1. Go to settings
  2. Click on "Accessibility"
  3. Click on "Touch"
  4. Click on "Audio path conversations"
  5. Click on "Bluetooth headset"

Incoming calls will now come through the WPPL headset when connected.

On Android devices, incoming calls will automatically come through the headphones.

How do I answer or end a call?

Press the multifunction button once while a call is coming in. You can now make calls with the WPPL headset.
